About AsPIRE THERAPY

I offer an initial free consultation to see if my services are suitable for your needs.

I offer individual face to face sessions here at Aspire Therapy in my private practise based in Arlesey, Bedfordshire.

I also offer virtual sessions via Zoom and telephone.

Sessions ideally take place at the same time, and day, each week, although there is some flexibility when working with shift workers.

I offer various arrangements of therapy.

Opened ended Therapy is not time limited and provides the best opportunity for full exploration of your concerns.

Whereas short term work can be beneficial for a specific issue.

We can discuss together what would be suitable during our initial consultation. Although your needs might not always be clear to begin with, we will discuss this together.

I offer 60 minute sessions as standard at a fee of:

£60 per weekly session

Undertaking sessions is a commitment for both you and I and once a slot is confirmed this is allocated entirely to you.

Cancellation Policy - Any missed or cancelled sessions that are unable to be re-arranged are chargeable, however I always endeavour to rearrange.
